Good morning Sir,
Pinner is requesting a potential power shutdown of a switchgear at the main electrical room on Saturday 9/26/26 from 5AM to 1PM.
It will affect power to the gym and building downstream including
Administration building
Cafeteria
Auditorium
We would need to shut down the internet networks to these buildings the day prior, Friday 9/25/26 time depends on the last after-school programs.
Once the contractor has finished their work on Saturday afternoon, power will be restored, and the network will be turned on again before school starts.
Please advise if it is acceptable to
Shut down network in Administration, Cafeteria, and Auditorium buildings on 9/25/26 after 6PM (can be later or sooner depending on any school programs)
Power shutdown on Saturday 9/26/26 from 5AM to 1PM.
