Hello Region West Math Field Day Leads and Principals! 

Thank you so much for registering for Math Field Day on March 21 at Venice SH. We are so excited to work with you on our first team-based secondary math competition! Please review the reminders and updates below. 

• 
  Tentative Agenda - Note - We will be offering two community sessions! These are available for parents or other school community members who will be chaperoning. 
• 
  Field Trip - Math Field Day is a field trip that must be logged into the system. Please do so no later than February 20 to ensure adequate time for all approvals. Please review this bulletin for information and the paperwork for private auto and additional transportation forms. 
• 
  Upcoming action item- providing rosters of students, teachers, administrators, and volunteers attending. I will be reaching out end of next week to gather names of attendees to build rosters and allocate budget for compensation and refreshments.
