Good morning Mr. Choi,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out with a time-sensitive request from District leadership regarding the facilitation of Landscape Analysis listening sessions in each Board District.
These sessions are designed to:
Gather input from students, families, and community members
Engage participants in small-group discussions
Learn about community perspectives on LAUSD’s PK–14 programmatic landscape
For Board District 4, we are hoping to confirm Fairfax High School as the host site for the following session:
Monday, March 2 | 5:00–6:30 PM
(Team arrival and setup at 4:00 PM)
If possible, we are requesting access to the following:
4 tables and chairs for refreshments in or near the MPR or Auditorium
2 tables and chairs for registration in or near the MPR or Auditorium
2 tables and chairs for childcare/translation in or near the MPR or Auditorium
100 chairs set up auditorium-style if it's an MPR
5 classrooms on the first floor for breakouts and 1 additional room for childcare
Restroom access for adults and students
Parking availability for guests
Please note that custodial overtime and an onsite administrator will be covered.
We would greatly appreciate your consideration of this request and, if possible, confirmation by end of day today to support coordination with the Board Member’s office.
