VAM Art Portfolio Requirements--Balaguer/Gee/Favela (Auditorium)

Hi VAM Team,

I hope you are doing well! 

Tomorrow during Period 7, I will be presenting the VAM Portfolio Requirements to VAM freshmen and newly admitted VAM students across grade levels. Following the presentation, 4 VAM seniors will share an overview of the VAM Council, including its purpose, events, and their personal experiences in the program.

At 1:50 PM:
- Teachers with a VAM freshman class: Please escort your class to the Auditorium. Students should remain with their assigned classes, sit toward the front, and teachers should stay with their classes for supervision.
- Teachers with individual VAM freshmen or newly admitted VAM students in other grade levels: Those students should be released at 1:50 PM with a summon.

At 2:00 PM:
- Presentations will begin promptly and end by 2:35 PM.
