The Annual Parent Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, from 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm. 

Agenda:


  • Opening

    • Introductions

    • History and Intention of Program

  • Breakout Room Presentations

    • Each school will be assigned a breakout room

    • Each school will create a slide deck (suggested topics)

      • Discuss how the UCLA Collaborative will be implemented 

      • School A-G Data

      • School Graduation Data

      • The importance of attending school every day

      • The importance of taking and completing Advanced Placement and Honors classes

      • How parents can help their child become a competitive college candidate

      • VIPs

      • CalKids

  • Submit your school slide deck to this LINK on or before October 27th.

  • Breakout Rooms will be 45 minutes long and will include the presentation and a Q&A session.

  • Parent Feedback Link: add it to your slide deck

  • A generic flyer was created. You will be given access to it through Canva. Make a copy or download it and add your school logo.
