I want to extend my sincere thanks for hosting our Region West AVID Certification meeting and for taking the time to walk the campus with me yesterday. I truly appreciate your support and hospitality!
After our walkthrough of your campus, we’ve decided to use the library as the main hub where all schools will gather before breaking out into seven classrooms for their presentations.
To narrow down the dates, Erin and I have identified the following possibilities: May 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, 21, or 22. Could you please let us know which date works best for your team? The event will take place after school, with a tentative start time of 4:30 PM.
