Dear All,

My name is Miguel Santos, and I am one of the Commissioners of Public Assembly with ASB, currently leading the planning for our upcoming Fall Pep Rally.

Thank you all for your willingness to be part of this exciting event! The pep rally is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 8th, on the football field.

For your convenience, I’ve attached the preliminary schedule. Please note that the detailed schedule, including the order of events and time allotments for each group, will be shared later this week, as we are still finalizing the order of events.

We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to make this event a success. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Schedule:

1. School wide pep rally for all grade levels held at the football stadium.

2. Each Class meets for 74 minutes of instruction with Period 2 having 6 extra minutes for announcements.

3. It will take place AFTER 4th Period, but BEFORE lunch. 

4. The Rally allotted time should be 60 minutes allowing for the Teachers and students to walk to the bleachers and enjoy the 45-50 minutes of Rally activity. 

5. Day ENDS at 3:35 pm.

Period 2:      8:30 - 9:50 (80 minutes: 74 + 6 minutes for announcements).

Nutrition:    9:50    - 10:05           15 minutes

Period 4:      10:11 - 11:25             74 minutes

Pap Rally:     11:25 - 12:25              60 minutes  

Lunch:       12:25 - 12:55           30 minutes

Period 6:        01:01 - 2:15            74 minutes

Period 8:        02:21 - 3:35            74 minutes
