- Media Training:
  - Interview preparation and media best practices
  - How to communicate confidently and authentically
  - The different roles of media professionals on game day
  - The importance of representing yourself, your school, and your community through the media lens
- Leadership Development:
  - How to lead as a captain on your team
Experiential:
- Rams Game Day Activations - Throne Chair, Reaction Ring, Vince Lombardi Trophy, etc.
- Media Row - Rams will invite local media to attend (Please advise we cannot guarantee attendance)
- Partner Activations and Giveaways: Nike etc.
Content:
- Captain Photos – Rams Team Photographers will take group photos of all captains per team to share back
- Mock Press Conference
- Rams Sideline Experience
