We are currently accepting interest forms for the UB Club. The club hosts presentations on college components for all grade levels and learns to support the whole senior class to thrive on individualized post-secondary plans (university, college, Military, workforce...) 

 

UB Club will virtually support with the college prep over the summer. We also fund-raise for snacks, club t-shirts and UB Club scholarships.

 

This club paves the way of college success for all seniors and works closely with sponsors: Ms. Emmy Kong and Ms. Vickie Morales

Are you a Fairfax High School student and a member of the LACC Upward Bound Program or a member of the FHS Upward Bound Club?

 

Yes? You are eligible to apply for the Upward Bound Scholarship. Here is the scoring criteria:

 

• Be a graduating senior
• Have participated in a minimum of 5 meetings (may be mixed UB program and UB club)
• Attending a post-secondary institution full time: 4 year, college, trade-school, military school, skills program
• Paragraph Essay 1
• Paragraph Essay 2
